RETURN POLICY
At NovaCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear may not qualify for return. Customers can contact our support team through email or WhatsApp for return assistance.
